What leasing options are available?

Our lease terms range from 3-14 months.

Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?

​Yes, you may select a specific apartment. Contact us today for more information about holding an available apartment home.

When is rent due and how can I pay? Are there late fees? Is there a grace period?

​Rent is due on the 1st of the month and can be paid through our online resident portal, check, or certified funds. Late fees will be applied on the 4th of the month. 

Are utilities inlcuded?

Utilities are not included.

Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?

​Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

What happens if I need to move out before my lease expires?

​A fee will be charged to residents who choose to break lease. 

Is renter's insurance required?

A $15 facilities fee is added to your rent each month, which covers the apartment home. You may choose to acquire renter’s insurance to cover your personal belongings, but this is not required.

Do you offer credit reporting?

Yes, we offer credit reporting on rental payments, which can assist in building and maintaining good credit. 

All residents will be enrolled in a 90-day free RentPlus trial. After 90 days of service, residents will be charged $8.95/month for an apartment with a single lease holder or $14.95/month for an apartment with multiple lease holders to continue the credit reporting service. Residents may opt out of RentPlus at any time and information regarding this procedure can be found in your lease agreement. 

What are the hours for the fitness center?

The fitness center with cardio and strength training areas is open 24 hours to residents.

Do you have package lockers/how do I get my packages?

​We are happy to offer 24-hour package lockers that will hold your deliveries until you are available to pick them up. 

Are the apartments wired for Wifi? Is there a preferred provider?

Yes, and there is Wifi available throughout our amenities. 

Are apartments cable ready?

​Yes, our apartments are cable ready. 

What is the smoking policy? Can I smoke in my apartment? Is there a designated smoking area?

​Breathe easy. We are a smoke free community.

Do you have a waste disposal fee?

Yes, there is a waste disposal fee - $15/month

Do you offer pest control services?

Yes! We are pleased to offer pest control services for all apartment homes for just $3/month. Contact the leasing office if you require pest control inside your home.

What is the parking situation? Is parking assigned? Is there a fee or permit required for parking?

Uncovered parking is available for all residents on a first-come first-served basis. Detached garage parking and covered parking are available to rent, contact the leasing office for pricing. Limited guest parking is available.

Do you allow pets? What is the pet policy?

We welcome most dogs and cats. Some breed restrictions apply.
